This past spring, IUCG had five graduating seniors and welcomed six students to join our selective Junior Analyst Development Program. Our success is currently being driven by a group that is made up of over 50% underclassmen, experienced leaders, and six returning Analysts from semesters abroad. For the first time in the group’s history, IUCG is operating at 100% utilization and working to deliver solutions to four client engagements. Internally, IUCG has been able to grow its development programs through enhanced alumni interaction from our growing Advisory Board.
