A BIT ABOUT IUCG

The Isenberg Undergraduate Consulting Group (IUCG) provides a venue for students to gain the academic and practical knowledge to pursue careers in management consulting while giving back to the local community in a meaningful way. Through pro-bono consulting engagements, IUCG brings a new level of analytical solutions to address the strategic, operational and technological problems faced by businesses and non-profits around the Globe. From hosting corporate speakers and recruiters, to developing both the hard and soft skills necessary to succeed, we aim to help our members get to and ace the interview with top tier firms. We are passionate about solving challenging problems, finding rewarding career opportunities, and bringing our school to its highest potential.

FOR THE CLIENT

Founded in 2013 by several enterprising young undergraduates, the Isenberg Undergraduate Consulting group has since grown to become one of the most prestigious, active, and selective student organization on campus. IUCG has provided pro-bono consulting services for over a dozen businesses and non-profits. To ensure our clients are receiving the very best, IUCG employs a rigorous recruiting process, selecting less than 9% of our applicants to serve on project teams. Additionally, every analyst goes through a semester long training process as “junior analysts.” Based on the needs of each client, we combine our analysts with diverse experiences and skill sets with tenured project managers to deliver a superb project team.

Over the past few years, IUCG has been developed by some of the most passionate and dedicated leaders of Isenberg. Founded on the interconnected principles of collaboration, community engagement and personal development, we seek to create opportunities for Isenberg students to grow as young professionals.
